Once an order has been processed for shipment or dispatched, cancellation requests may not be possible.

NUKH does not store sensitive payment information.

 

10. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We ship across India through logistics partners including Blue Dart, Delhivery, ATS, and Ekart.

·       Delivery timelines are indicative and not guaranteed

·       Delays may occur due to logistics issues, weather conditions, government restrictions, or force majeure events

Risk of loss and ownership transfers to the customer upon successful delivery.

 

11. RETURNS, EXCHANGE & CLAIMS

·       Requests must be raised within the return window specified on the website

·       Products must be unused, unworn, and returned with original packaging and invoice

·       Items purchased during sale or promotional periods may be non-returnable unless stated otherwise

NUKH reserves sole and final discretion to:
