8. LOST SHIPMENTS

If a shipment is confirmed as lost in transit by the logistics partner, NUKH will investigate the matter and may, where appropriate, provide a replacement product, Store Credit, or refund in accordance with applicable policies and circumstances.

Resolution timelines may depend upon the courier partner's investigation process.
